Karin and I came home from work today and we both noticed how much thicker my lettuce was today compared to yesterday. I had yesterday off and I watched my lettuce grow, took a nap and then watched my lettuce grow some more. I guess it was good for both of us!! This is my freshly washed first harvest of organic lettuce. I planted it two weeks ago yesterday from small plants. Yummy! TWTWS...
