It's been a beautiful day. It was raining when we went to bed last night and we woke up to termination dust on the mountains this morning. Bill has been seeing it up on the summit but this is the first dusting for Skagway. It is September 1, after all.

Glad to know that the sun still knows how to shine in that part of the world! Snow - September 1 - is something else entirely. Yuck!

We have had all the sunshine. Phoenix just got done with 10 days of excessive heat (110°+)...bring the rain with you when you come home
